We’ve been extremely busy over here at Firmatek, designing new approaches and features to better help our customers navigate Kespry cloud. Below are two new features that you should be on the look-out for this week.
Streamlined Notifications Settings
We’ve had a lot of feedback regarding our notifications for when new data or reports are added to a site. Some customers get too many while others get too few. Previously a user had to go into the site settings for each individual site they wanted to turn on or off notifications for. Now they can manage all their settings in one place. Under ‘Settings’ users now have access to a Notifications option which will bring up the notifications interface.
Once in the new interface, users have the option to check on or off notifications for every one of the sites they have access to. They can also turn on or off notifications for all sites with a single click at the top of the interface.
NEW Premium Downloads Section
For customers who have our services team create custom data and reports for them, we’ve added a new section to the downloads tab called Premium Deliverables. This is where you can find any cleansed data, specialized reports, or any of our other specialized GIS data deliverables.
